- **Pricing unit**: USD per million tokens. CNY-priced models are converted at the rate
  published in our dataset (currently 1 USD = 6.8 CNY), not the live FX rate —
  so figures represent list-price comparison, not currency arbitrage.
- **Blended cost**: computed as `(input × 3 + output × 1) / 4`, a typical chat workload
  ratio. It is an approximation, not a benchmark.
- **Freshness**: every model page carries its own verification date and links to the
  vendor's official pricing page. Prices change frequently — please re-check the date.
- **Independence**: no vendor pays for placement. There is no sponsored ranking.
